Volume Issue Checklist

Verify that speakers are plugged into the back of the computer in the correct jack (usually green in color). Most speakers will need to be plugged into a power outlet as well. Then verify the speakers are turned on and receiving power.

Along your tool bar in the lower right corner, there will be a speaker icon.

Double-click on it and open Volume Control.

Verify that your volume is not muted and it’s at a reasonable level (not too low).
