Key Pad Number Reporting

 

 

Use the following path:

 

Student Mngmnt > Food Service > Purchase Entry > Key Pad Numbers

 

 

 

Highlight the Key Pad Numbers Report – RK.  Click .

 

 

 

From the drop down menu choose which customers to report on:

1)    All Customers

2)    Student Customers Only

3)    Staff Customers Only

4)    Non-Student/Staff Customers Only

 

 

Enter your entity number into the low and high fields.

 

Check the Select all Cafeteria Codes box. 

 

Click .

 

 

Print Output should be set to Screen.  Review the report and then print. 

 

 

To run a report detailing other staff member’s key pad numbers, choose report #4 from the drop down menu: Non-Student/Staff Customers Only.

 

Check the Select all Cafeteria Codes box. 

 

Click .
