Viewing Attachments

When using the Groupwise Viewer to open email attachments, the file does not always open properly depending on the document formatting, etc. Use the following steps to open the attachment with the corresponding program.

Right-click on the attachment and select Open With…

The Open With window will appear.

Highlight the program you wish to use and click OK.

The attachment will open in a new window with the program you selected.
