Clearing LAN Settings

Open Internet Explorer.

Tools > Internet Options

On the Connections tab, click the LAN Settings… button.

Under the Proxy server information, there should not be an address or port listed, as shown ABOVE.

If there is an address listed, you must remove this information. Delete the address and port information now.

Then click on the Advanced… tab.

Delete any numbers that populate these fields. Click OK.

UNCHECK THIS BOX.

Be sure the “Use a proxy server for your LAN” box is INCHECKED. Click OK.

Restart Internet Explorer.
