Adding a Note to a Tech Request Ticket

 

 

Log into the Web Help Desk with your user name and password. 

 

Click on the History button along the top of the page. 

 

 

 

Past tech request tickets will be listed.

 

Click on the ticket number of the corresponding tech request.  

 

Please note you will only be able to add a note if the ticket status is still “Open”. 

 

 

 

Click on the Add Note button. 

 

 

 

Type your response or follow up in the New Note text field.

 

Click Save when finished.

 

 

 

You will receive confirmation that your ticket has been updated successfully.

 

You will also notice that your note is highlighted in yellow. 

 

Click OK.

 

 

 

You will be returned to the History home page.  You can click the Logout button at this time.
